The first thing that you need to know is that a lot of frog species can go a pretty long time without eating, and that is completely normal. So, the first thing you need to do is work out how long it has been since they last ate.
If it has been a while, or you have not seen the frog eat at all, then it is likely to be because it is new to the tank. Therefore, the best thing to do is cover all of the sides of the vivarium with something dark, and drop some food in there. If the food disappears after a few hours, then you know it is because the frog feels unsafe. You can then remove the coverings one at a time, over a few days or weeks, and introduce light.
